Zucchettos Off To Lou Astorino

Millions from around the world mourned the loss of Pope Francis. The Pope’s initial resting place was in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit designed by Pittsburgh architect and Penn State graduate, Lou Astorino. Lou also designed PNC Park, PPG Paints Arena and was instrumental in the restoration of Fallingwater among many other significant architectural contributions. Lou wrote a book about his work designing the Holy Spirit Chapel entitled “A Pencil In God’s Hands.” Indeed. You may want to check it out. What a thriller to be mentioned in the same breath as Michelangelo and Bernini. We are PROUD OF YOU, LOU.
